Attic Wildlife Damage, Cleanup Guidance, and Exclusion Planning

Attic Wildlife Damage Repair in NY and NJ

Wildlife activity in an attic can leave damaged insulation, droppings, urine odor, nesting material, chewed openings, stained surfaces, and repeat entry concerns. Animal Control NY/NJ helps inspect attic-related wildlife damage and explain removal, cleanup guidance, repair, and exclusion options.

Attic Wildlife Damage Issues We Inspect

Attic damage work depends on the animal involved, access to the space, roofline openings, soffit or fascia damage, contamination, ventilation, and whether animals are still active inside.

We focus on identifying the active animal issue, the opening or damage involved, and the prevention steps that can help reduce repeat entry.

I had a great experience with this company. They arrived exactly when they said they would, quickly removed the birds and nest from my kitchen vent, and thoroughly cleaned everything up afterward. They also repaired the exterior vent flap and installed a protective screen to prevent birds from getting back in. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire process. I live in Glen Oaks, Queens, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with birds or other wildlife issues. Excellent service from start to finish!
Response from the owner:Hi Rakesh, Thank you for the great review. We’re glad we could take care of the bird nest in your kitchen vent, repair the exterior flap, and install protection to help prevent the birds from returning. We really appreciate the recommendation and are happy we could help you in Glen Oaks, Queens. Best The Team at Animal Control NY/NJ

We live in Princeton Junction and had a mother raccoon with her baby settled in our fireplace. I called Frank on Saturday at noon and he came out later in the afternoon that same day to help us, even though it was a rainy day. After successfully extracting the raccoons, Frank was kind enough to fix the entry point and also point out other areas on the roof that are vulnerable to wild animals. We will definitely use Frank to fix these areas as well. I highly recommend his services. Frank is very knowledgeable, skilled at his job and explains everything thoroughly.
Response from the owner:Hi Kim, Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad we could help with the raccoon family in your fireplace and get everything taken care of before it became a bigger problem. Finding and securing the entry point is just as important as the removal, and we’re happy we could also identify other vulnerable areas to help protect your home from future wildlife issues. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation, and we look forward to helping you with the rest of the wildlife proofing when you’re ready. Best The Team at Animal Control NY/NJ

Frank and his team came same day. I had some pests that were coming into my home from the outside. Frank identified thier entrance and exits points and started working on blocking it off same day. His experience and talent is top notch. He and his team know general construction which helps when you have holes that need to be sealed without ruining the home's facade. I have called them for another job as well 2 years ago. Both jobs required construction skills. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Frank 🙂
Response from the owner:Hi Edoble2, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re glad we could quickly identify the entry points and get everything sealed up before the problem got worse. Having a background in construction allows us to make repairs that not only keep wildlife out but also preserve the appearance of your home. We truly appreciate that you’ve trusted us on more than one occasion. That means a lot to us. Thanks again for your continued support, and we’re always here if you need us in the future.
