Bat inspection and exclusion guidance near Fairfield

Bat Exclusion in Fairfield, NJ

Animal Control NY/NJ helps Fairfield property owners inspect bat activity, identify likely entry points, review guano or odor concerns, and plan humane exclusion work around seasonal wildlife rules.

Bat Exclusion Planning in Fairfield

Fairfield bat calls can involve attic spaces, roofline gaps, soffits, fascia openings, chimney areas, vents, dormers, older trim, garages, and high access points around homes or commercial buildings. Full exclusion is timing-sensitive because bats must not be trapped inside and seasonal restrictions may apply.

We inspect for active entry points, possible secondary gaps, guano, staining, odor, attic access, and repair needs before recommending exclusion or prevention work.

Common Bat Concerns Near Fairfield

Attic or Roofline EntryBats may use small gaps around fascia, soffits, vents, chimney areas, dormers, or upper trim.

How Bat Exclusion Service Usually Works in Fairfield

  1. Inspect. We look for active bat entry points, guano, staining, attic conditions, roof height, and access concerns.
  2. Plan. We review whether full exclusion can be performed now or should be scheduled for an allowed seasonal window.
  3. Exclude. When timing allows, exclusion is planned so bats can leave without being trapped inside.
  4. Prevent. We explain follow-up repairs, cleanup guidance, and proofing steps to reduce repeat bat entry.

We live in Princeton Junction and had a mother raccoon with her baby settled in our fireplace. I called Frank on Saturday at noon and he came out later in the afternoon that same day to help us, even though it was a rainy day. After successfully extracting the raccoons, Frank was kind enough to fix the entry point and also point out other areas on the roof that are vulnerable to wild animals. We will definitely use Frank to fix these areas as well. I highly recommend his services. Frank is very knowledgeable, skilled at his job and explains everything thoroughly.
Response from the owner:Hi Kim, Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad we could help with the raccoon family in your fireplace and get everything taken care of before it became a bigger problem. Finding and securing the entry point is just as important as the removal, and we’re happy we could also identify other vulnerable areas to help protect your home from future wildlife issues. We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation, and we look forward to helping you with the rest of the wildlife proofing when you’re ready. Best The Team at Animal Control NY/NJ

Frank and his team came same day. I had some pests that were coming into my home from the outside. Frank identified thier entrance and exits points and started working on blocking it off same day. His experience and talent is top notch. He and his team know general construction which helps when you have holes that need to be sealed without ruining the home's facade. I have called them for another job as well 2 years ago. Both jobs required construction skills. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Frank 🙂
Response from the owner:Hi Edoble2, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re glad we could quickly identify the entry points and get everything sealed up before the problem got worse. Having a background in construction allows us to make repairs that not only keep wildlife out but also preserve the appearance of your home. We truly appreciate that you’ve trusted us on more than one occasion. That means a lot to us. Thanks again for your continued support, and we’re always here if you need us in the future. Frank was exceptional helping us with a squirrel problem. He made the trip out late at night in southern NJ, found the gaps, and setup a great system to trap the problem. All while my son was asking him a million questions and he was patiently answering. Value his expertise, attention to detail, and managing a problem that is not an exact science. Highly recommend Frank!
Response from the owner:Hi John, Thank you for the thoughtful review. We know squirrel problems aren’t always straightforward, so we’re glad we could get out there, find the entry points, and put together a plan that solved the problem. Frank also enjoyed answering your son’s questions. Future wildlife expert in the making! We really appreciate your trust and recommendation. If you ever need us again, we’re just a call away.
