Solar panel wildlife proofing in Point Pleasant, NJ
Solar Panel Bird Guards in Point Pleasant, NJ
Animal Control NY/NJ helps property owners in Point Pleasant with birds under solar panels, nesting material, droppings, blocked drainage, and repeat roosting. The right approach starts with inspection so guards are not installed over active wildlife, nesting material, or unresolved roofline issues.
The protected space under solar panels can attract birds, squirrels, rodents, and other wildlife. We look for droppings, nesting material, chewing, blocked drainage, roofline access, nearby tree cover, panel spacing, roof pitch, and safe ladder access before recommending a guard or proofing plan.
Critter guards, bird guards, and rodent guards work best when they are part of a sequence: inspect, address active animal activity, remove debris when practical, and then install guard material around the panel perimeter.
Solar panel guards are selected after the active wildlife issue and roof access are inspected.
What We Check Before Solar Panel Guards
Bird Guard InstallationBird guards can help reduce access below solar arrays after nesting material and active bird conditions are inspected.
Nesting & DroppingsBird nesting material, droppings, feathers, odor, and blocked drainage may need attention before guards are installed.
Roofline AccessNearby vents, fascia, soffits, gutters, roof edges, and attic openings can contribute to repeat animal pressure.

How Solar Panel Guard Service Usually Works
Inspect. We check the array, roof pitch, access, panel edges, droppings, nesting material, and nearby entry points.
Address active wildlife. Guards should not trap birds, squirrels, rodents, or other animals below the panels.
Prepare. Debris, nesting material, droppings, or damage concerns may need to be reviewed before installation.
Install and prevent. Mesh or guard material is fitted around the panel perimeter to help reduce future access.

What Customers Say About Animal Control NY/NJ
Read recent Google reviews from customers who contacted Animal Control NY/NJ for wildlife removal, animal entry inspection, exclusion, and prevention work.
We live in Princeton Junction and had a mother raccoon with her baby settled in our fireplace. I called Frank on Saturday at noon and he came out later in the afternoon that same day to help us, even though it was a rainy day. After successfully extracting the raccoons, Frank was kind enough to fix the entry point and also point out other areas on the roof that are vulnerable to wild animals. We will definitely use Frank to fix these areas as well. I highly recommend his services. Frank is very knowledgeable, skilled at his job and explains everything thoroughly.
Response from the owner:Hi Kim,
Thank you for the wonderful review. We’re glad we could help with the raccoon family in your fireplace and get everything taken care of before it became a bigger problem. Finding and securing the entry point is just as important as the removal, and we’re happy we could also identify other vulnerable areas to help protect your home from future wildlife issues.
We truly appreciate your trust and recommendation, and we look forward to helping you with the rest of the wildlife proofing when you’re ready.

Frank and his team came same day. I had some pests that were coming into my home from the outside. Frank identified thier entrance and exits points and started working on blocking it off same day. His experience and talent is top notch. He and his team know general construction which helps when you have holes that need to be sealed without ruining the home's facade. I have called them for another job as well 2 years ago. Both jobs required construction skills. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Frank 🙂
Response from the owner:Hi Edoble2,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We’re glad we could quickly identify the entry points and get everything sealed up before the problem got worse. Frank was exceptional helping us with a squirrel problem. He made the trip out late at night in southern NJ, found the gaps, and setup a great system to trap the problem. All while my son was asking him a million questions and he was patiently answering. Value his expertise, attention to detail, and managing a problem that is not an exact science. Highly recommend Frank!
Response from the owner:Hi John,
Thank you for the thoughtful review. We know squirrel problems aren’t always straightforward, so we’re glad we could get out there, find the entry points, and put together a plan that solved the problem. Frank also enjoyed answering your son’s questions. Future wildlife expert in the making!
We really appreciate your trust and recommendation. If you ever need us again, we’re just a call away.
